Toyota Tercel / Also known as :
The Toyota Corsa, Tercel, and Corolla II form a family of compact cars sharing the same platform and engineering. While the Tercel became Toyota’s global entry-level model, the Corsa and Corolla II were mainly reserved for Japan, offering slight variations in styling and positioning. Together, they represent Toyota’s early success in the compact and affordable car market.
The Toyota Tercel was one of Toyota’s first front-wheel-drive compact cars, produced from the late 1970s to the early 2000s. Known for its simplicity, low running costs, and remarkable reliability, the Tercel became a global success, especially in North America, where it was popular as an entry-level Toyota.
