The VAZ (Lada) 2107, also known as the Lada Riva or Lada Nova in export markets, is a compact sedan produced by AvtoVAZ from 1982 to 2012. Based on the long-running Fiat 124 platform, it represents one of the final evolutions of the classic Lada design. Known for its boxy shape, chrome accents, and simple mechanics, the 2107 was appreciated for its ease of maintenance and low running costs. Though outdated by modern standards, it remains a symbol of Soviet-era automotive engineering and continues to have a cult following in Eastern Europe and beyond.
